What is Oz Experience?

For starters it a bus pass that allows you to control when and where you travel to on the East Coast. Its also a great way to meet new mates and share some awesome travel experiences. Its a way to travel the East Coast that you'll always remember as we make the journey something different, and fun!

Its a way to travel that saves you some hard earned dough$$$ because you control the journey. Buy the pass of your choice, and you choose where to stay, where to hop off the bus, where to hop on, and what to eat. Do you like surprises? We stop in two places where you have to overnight: one's called SPOT-X and its a beachside learn-to-surf school, and we, yes we, will pay for your surf lesson. The other is an Outback Farm about 200klms from the coast where you will meet some goats. In both places you pay backpacker rates for everything so you'll love it!

Oz Experience will still get you to the HOTSPOTS, such as Byron Bay, Rainbow Beach, The Whitsundays, and Fraser Island, yes indeed you won't miss a thing. But best of all we'll get you there with other backpackers and travellers generally aged between 18 - 35 just like you.

To add some spice to the journey we have highly trained driver / guides up front who'll make each day fun, interesting, and easy. They'll make sure you get to your accommodation and even help you book it.

Flexibility means you can hop-on and hop-off the bus anywhere you choose to. We don’t include food and accommodation so you choose where to stay and where to eat.

Oz Experience is about travelling with trained professional guides who make the journey as good as the destination. Guides who help you choose the best activities and places to stay; who give you travel advice and support. Guides carry activity folders on-board the buses. These are full of recommended things to do on the East Coast and you'll see many of them on this website. Our guides have experienced all these activities first hand, and are always receiving feedback about the best things to do.
