To allow you to be in control of your holiday plans, we have an online itinerary manager that allows you to book yourself on and off Oz Experience buses between Sydney <> Cairns. Please call 1300 300 028 for booking on buses elsewhere.
When you make a booking online, by email or by phone, you will be emailed a Confirmation Email with a User ID – your Personal Name Record (PNR). This PNR holds information about your booking and is the reference number our Reservations team use to access your booking.
ON LINE INSTRUCTIONS
You are now ready and able to manage your booking to book on and off buses by following these easy directions below:
• Open the Confirmation Email, recording the User ID provided
• Click on the
WEB LINK PROVIDED

• Choose a personal password (that will be easy to remember) and enter in both
NEW PASSWORD & VERIFY PASSWORD
. Click
UPDATE MY PASSWORD
• Enter
USER ID
(as per email) and
PASSWORD
then Click
LOGIN
• You are now in your passenger home page!
• To make a sector/leg booking, click
VIEW AND EDIT ITINERARY
(in the green section)
• Then select
EDIT
• Select the sector/leg and date to be booked then Click
CHECK AVAILABILITY
. If available, Click
SAVE & ADD NEW LEG
. If unavailable, please refer to section 4 (above right)
• Proceed with additional sector/leg bookings or Click
EXIT
• To save all changes you MUST now Click
COMMIT
• Click
LOGOUT

Troubleshooting tips:
I’ve booked my pass and was told I would be emailed a username and log in. I haven’t received it?
Check in your spam or junk mail box. Often your filters will prevent the email coming to your inbox.
I’ve tried to book my buses but there’s no availability showing for the day I want to travel?
The online availability reflects the ‘real time’ bus availability the same as what our Reservations team sees. It may be the case that we don’t have a bus running the day you want to travel. Refer to the Timetable to help your planning also.
There are more buses available when I log in than what you have on your Timetable. Are the buses I see online real or a mistake?
Depending on the demand for our services we often put on more departures than what are timetabled. We do this to ensure everyone can get on buses at peak or busy times. This is one of the strengths of the system that allows you greater flexibility by using the system.
It won’t work when I’m trying to book buses that aren’t between Sydney and Cairns? Why?
There’s a technical complication that prevents the online manager working for travel Sydney <>Melbourne<> Adelaide<>Alice Springs<> Darwin. Please call 1300 300 028 if you are traveling in these areas and wish to book on a bus
