Scotty's is all about hospitality and it feels like a big house.
From the large verandah, shady trees, tropical garden and hammocks out the back and the centre piece pool there's space for every one. All rooms are air-conditioned to avoid the tropical heat.
The hostel is only a block from the fabled Mission Beach and you can hear the wind through the palm trees as drift off to sleep.
