Travel Booking Guide
We hope you are loving our new website (we are). We want to make adjusting to our new website super easy, so here is A step-by-step guide to booking coach travel. Here’s a hint: it’s super easy.
STEP 1 – CREATE A ‘MY EXPERIENCE’ ACCOUNT
- Go to ozexperience.com
- Select ‘MY EXPERIENCE’ in the top right hand corner
- Either select ‘REGISTER’ if you don’t have an account or simply sign in
STEP 2 – MANAGE YOUR BOOKING
- Ensure your package is loaded into your account. You will find your package in the ‘My Packages’ section
- If your package is not listed, select the ‘Add Booking’ button. You will then be prompted to input your booking number and pin (found in your confirmation email). If you do not have access to this email or have not received it, please contact us via our online enquiry form or chat to us now using our live chat feature (located in the bottom right hand corner)
- Once your package is loaded, select the ‘Manage Booking’ button
STEP 3 – SELECT YOUR STARTING LOCATION
STEP 4 – SELECT ‘BOOK TRAVEL’
STEP 5 – CHOOSE YOUR JOURNEY
- Select your departure and arrival location
- Select the date you would like to travel
- Once you are happy with your selection click the ‘find’ button
STEP 6 – SELECT YOUR TRAVEL
- Identify the service that most suits you
- Click the ‘select’ button for your chosen service to book your seat
CONGRATS! You have now booked your first service! Yay!
Your service details will be sent via email and will also appear in the ‘Travel Itinerary’ section of you’re My Experience account.
If you need to cancel or change your travel, simply select the ‘CANCEL’ button located in the bottom right hand side of your service listing. Once cancelled you will be able to rebook your required service.
